• Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual tax interviews using video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25‑35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working with virtual tools—video, phone, and chat.
• Effective communication skills—verbal, written, and in person.
• Meeting all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or higher and a strong work ethic.
