PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Licensed Practical Nurse

• Wound Care
• Medication Administration
• Medication Documentation
• Oversee the services of direct care staff and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Administering tube feeding
• ADLs
• Nursing assessments
• Skin Care
• Vital Signs
• Nursing Care
• Schedule/Attending Physician appointments
• Communication w/ Physician
• Pharmacy Communication/Update

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• GA Licensed LPN
• First Aid certified (required)
• CPR certified (required)
• Clean Criminal Record Check
• Excellent Administrative Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (as required by state regulations)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Computer literate, with experience using electronic health records and basic office software
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with service monitors, healthcare staff, residents, families, and state administrators
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
