What You'll Need:

• Valid Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing

• Proven experience in Endocrinology or related specialties

• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Adaptability to float between different sites as coverage requires

• Knowledge of current healthcare standards and protocols

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with diabetes management and hormonal disorders

• Prior work in a fast-paced or outpatient clinic setting

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in Endocrinology or internal medicine

• Current certifications such as NCCPA certification or appropriate NP credentials

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float between multiple clinical sites as needed

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

• Flexibility to cover various locations based on staffing needs

• Commitment to adhering to all licensure, certification, and safety protocols

• Willingness to start by February 16, 2026
