RN Every Other Weekend Supervisor – Jonesboro Center for Nursing and Healing

At Jonesboro Center for Nursing and Healing, we’re seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee and support our nursing team every other weekend — with the option to work every weekend if preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who thrives in a leadership role and values a balanced schedule.

• Oversee nursing operations during assigned weekend shifts.
• Support and mentor nurses and CNAs to ensure excellent resident care.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and weekday leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations.

• Active Georgia RN license
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Compassionate, team-focused approach to resident care
