Overview
Branch Manager – General Tool at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. oversee a multi‑million dollar rental center. Lead sales, customer service, fleet maintenance and logistics while achieving financial and performance goals. Provide operational and financial reporting for the unit.
Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for branch performance.
- Lead all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance and logistics.
- Achieve financial and performance goals.
- Coordinate operational and financial reporting functions.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Physical demands: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 lbs or more, indoor/outdoor work.
- Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3–4 years of Rental Industry experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
- Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing.
- Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.
- High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.
Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 – $.
Pay may vary based on location, education, training and experience.
