We are seeking a highly motivated, goal‑focused, customer‑oriented team member to manage day‑to‑day operations for multiple self‑storage facilities. The City Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Must live within 25 miles of a store in market.

Salary: $22‑$24 per hour.

Properties: Jonesboro, GA;
Riverdale, GA.

• Oversee the overall management of multiple self‑storage facilities.
• Supervise several team members, typically overseeing 3–5 locations.
• Guarantee customers receive the best customer service in the industry.
• Ensure staff completes new hire training and ongoing employee training.
• Ensure all facilities and employees adhere to company standards and procedures and that all properties meet their financial goals.
• Audit stores to ensure bank records are accurate and company policies are followed.
• Conduct quarterly auctions and ensure compliance with current state lien laws.
• Review and monitor maintenance at facilities.
• Recruit for open positions.
• Coach, develop, and mentor staff when needed.

• Management experience with a staff of employees.
• Excellent time management and multi‑tasking skills.
• Multi‑unit property management experience preferred.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Accurate filing and record keeping.
• Cash handling experience.
• Mid‑level math skills for auditing purposes.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance; travel up to 80% of duties, including occasional flying.
• Some light physical activity required; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to be outside for extended periods of time during inclement weather.
• Work Monday‑Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and may be on call on Saturday and Sunday.
• Must live within 25 miles of the market area for this specific job posting or be open to relocating to within 25 miles of the geographical area.
• Must have home internet.
