Compensation: $19 - $21 an hour, based on experience and education
Requirements- Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.
- Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
- Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
- Clear a background check.
- Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
- Master the art of multitasking and time management.
- Embrace continuous learning in every scenario.
- Infuse each day with joy and encourage a positive atmosphere for teachers and students alike.
- Extensive experience in CAPS/Maximus, Pro Care, USDA (Food Program).
