Responsibilities

• Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and schoollarynda files.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
• Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
• Clear a background check.
• Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
• Master the art of multitasking and time management.
• Embrace continuous learning in every scenario.
• Infuse each day with joy Lilly encourage a positive atmosphere for teachers and students alike.

Qualifications / Education and Experience

• Bachelor's in ECE, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, or Education related field (Required) OR
• Associate's degree in ECE/Child Development PLUS 2+ years of work experience in a licensed childcare facility OR
• CDA plus 3 years of childcare experience; TCC in ECE, Infant/Toddler Care, Preschool Care PLUS 3 years of experience

Compensation $55,000 - $60,000 a year based on experience and education

Job Type: Full-time
