Software Development Manager | Engineering Manager / Dev Lead

On-site | Arkansas | Relocation available for candidates currently residing in the US

We’re recruiting a Software Development Manager / Lead to build and lead a brand-new, on‑shore software engineering function for a financially strong, fast‑growing US business.

This is a greenfield opportunity to shape an engineering team from the ground up. You won’t be inheriting a large legacy team or spending your time firefighting. Instead, you’ll define how engineering is done, stay close to the technical work early on, and scale the function properly over time.

While the title is Software Development Manager, this is best described as a player‑coach role. The team will be small initially, so you’ll remain hands‑on where it adds value, while also hiring, mentoring, and setting engineering standards.

• Building and leading a new on‑shore engineering team
• Acting as a hands‑on technical leader while the team is small
• Owning architecture, system design, and technical direction
• Setting standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD
• Working on a modern cloud‑based CRM platform with long‑term SaaS ambitions
• Partnering closely with senior leadership on product and technology strategy

• .NET / C# (Microsoft‑leaning environment)
• AWS and cloud‑native architecture
• Microservices and modern APIs
• React on the frontend
• CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery

They’re open on technical background. Candidates from Java or other modern backend stacks are welcome, provided they’re happy working in a .NET environment.
