Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Necessary Experience and Skills
- 2 years of construction experience
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Good carpentry skills, including trim work and framing
Education
- High school diploma or GED
Physical and Work Environment
- Walking, standing, climbing ladders, lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Work in loud environments, exposed to heat and noise.
Work Hours and Travel
- Full-time, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with possible overtime, on-call, and weekend work.
- Local travel with occasional out-of-area and overnight trips.
