You will support and oversee repair within Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment. This opening includes support for the on‑site hiring event on 9/5 at Embassy Suites in Jonesboro, AR.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders and support Stores and store associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and operate at heights safely.

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of a 2‑year Vocational or Technical HVAC/R program.
• Mechanical license in city and/or state where job is located.

Base pay range: $23.00–$45.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include warranty premiums, incentive bonuses, and other benefits.
