Our General Managers lead store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development. The company provides a multi‑week training program and celebrates creativity in hiring, marketing, and community outreach. GMs who reach goals are rewarded through a generous bonus program tied to store profitability.

• Current General Manager from a retail or restaurant environment with a passion for personal, hands‑on service.
• Strong grasp of P&L, ability to execute a business plan, and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Desire to increase sales, build community relationships, and coach talent; experience hiring seasonal workers is a plus.

• 65+ year‑old brand with uncompromised quality.
• Closed on Sundays; managers typically work about 50 hours per week (except for 4-5 weeks a year).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist, and lift up to 65 lb. and work with a hot torch.
