- Lead store talent acquisition and talent development, including but not limited to direct recruiting, partnership with recruitment team, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
- Associate's degree or 2 years of store management experience.
- Having a valid ABO/NCLE certification as required by state law is preferred; must be willing to earn certification within the first year of employment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- Knowledgeable on talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.
- Consistently promotes high work standards while empowering others to have an entrepreneurial mentality.
- Schedule flexibility; work hours will be determined based on business needs.
- Knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs, etc.; optical experience is a plus.
