• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long‑standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories and effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, item add‑ons, customer information capture rates).
• Stay informed on current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain company merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitor and replenish floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with the store leadership team.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
• Adhere to all local, federal, state laws and company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance.
