Logistics/Merchandising/Operations Positions:
- Asset Protection Team Member

- Receiving Team Member
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection. - Previous related work experience preferred.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and outdoor hobbies is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate POS equipment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements & Attendance- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
