Day Shift Lead Person

** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead daily sand and gravel production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
* Coordinate and guide crew members to maintain consistent workflow and quality standards.
* Operate and oversee mobile and stationary equipment used in aggregate production.
* Monitor material flow, identify issues, and take action to maintain optimal plant performance.
* Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.

*** Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team in a production environment.
* Strong understanding of aggregate processing equipment and safe operating practices.
* Capability to troubleshoot operational challenges and make sound decisions.

* Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across roles and shifts.
** Physical Demands
*** Ability to work in physically active roles that include standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting materials or equipment as part of daily operations.
* Capability to safely navigate uneven terrain, elevated work areas, and confined spaces while using required personal protective equipment.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
