This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor.

In this role, you will supervise the shift team’s progress against work plans as defined by production management, ensuring the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. Each day, you will provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including organization, shifting priorities, and potential critical situations. You will also cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

• Help management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
• Reinforce focus on volume, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
• Assist management and the shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
• Serve as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and resolve technical/quality problems and logistic issues.

• Ensure that operators have necessary materials to complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
