Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Insurance Agent located in Jonesboro, AR. The Insurance Agent will primarily focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer insurance needs, and recommending coverage options tailored to meet individual and business requirements. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, explaining Aflac’s insurance products, and preparing policy quotes. Agents will also be responsible for generating new leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Basic knowledge or experience in Finance
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and business goals
• Self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously
• Relevant licenses or willingness to obtain required state insurance licenses
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
