This is an in‑office position, generally Monday‑Friday 8am‑4:30pm.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist with routine clerical/office tasks, answer telephone calls, and deliver messages.
- Pull, review, and follow up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate.
- Complete discharge chart reviews, perform audits, process orders to/from physicians, and track for timely receipt.
- Communicate professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.).
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Computer skills, clerical‑business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and ability to type.
- General clerical skills and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $28.80 per hour based on full‑time employment.
