The Cook is a key player on our Food Services team. The cook is responsible for preparing and cooking great-tasting meals. The cook follows a daily menu and confers with the management team when menu changes are required. The cook also works with the Director of Food Services to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained. The cook will also assist other Food Services team members with cleaning of the cafeteria, kitchen, and dish room.

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. On‑the‑job training provided to learn the policies and procedures of the hospital/nursing home and the department.
