The Arkansas Department of Education is seeking an exceptional Project Coordinator to lead the UFLI Arkansas Effectiveness Study (UFLI-AR) — a high‑impact, statewide initiative focused on strengthening literacy outcomes for students.
This is more than a coordination role — it’s an opportunity to serve at the center of collaboration, innovation, and implementation excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead recruitment and engagement of schools and teachers
- Drive day‑to‑day project management, timelines, and milestone execution
- Serve as the key liaison among ADE, districts, UFLI, and evaluation partners
- Gather and elevate implementation feedback to inform statewide scaling and continuous improvement
- 📚 Bachelor’s Degree in Education required
- 📈 Experience with UFLI Foundations preferred
- 🤝 Strong communication and project management skills essential
