Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Prefer experience with higher-risk OB patients. Provide prenatal care and postpartum care (not GYN care at this time) for patients with risk factors associated with their pregnancy, chronic illnesses, mental health concerns, and social disparities. Assist with occasional community outreach.
