Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHigh school diploma or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job training in a specific skill area (e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation), with 12 to 18 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Effective communication skills, mathematical aptitude, and critical thinking skills are required.
Certificates, licenses, or registrations are not required but some banking-related courses are preferred. Software skills required include intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets and basic skills in 10-Key, payroll systems, and word processing.
Working ConditionsThe work environment involves some disagreeable conditions such as noise and physical activity like standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting. Some travel and evening or night work may be required.
Physical ActivitiesIncludes talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Additional InformationDemonstrated sales ability is a plus. The position may require working at different locations within the region or market.
