Join a dedicated account delivering to stores throughout the Midwest. This role offers strong weekly earnings, consistent freight, and weekly home time. Drivers should be dependable, customer-focused, and ready for a physically active position involving unloading freight at store locations.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $1,700

• Annual Earnings: $75,000 – $100,000

• Top Performers: $2,000+ per week

Additional Pay

• $245 per unloaded trailer

• $70 per backhaul

• $25 per stop

• 0–11 months: $0.82 per mile

• 12–23 months: $0.83 per mile

• 24–35 months: $0.84 per mile

• 36+ months: $0.85 per mile

Payout Schedule

• 1st Load – $250

• 30 Days – $250

• 60 Days – $250

• 90 Days – $500

• 120 Days – $250

• 150 Days – $250

• 180 Days – $750

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Drivers must be available Sunday through Saturday

• Workdays vary depending on delivery routes and scheduling

• Weekends are not guaranteed

• 100% Touch Freight – unloading required at store locations

• Deliveries to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY

• Average Weekly Miles: 800 – 1,000

• International and Freightliner tractors

• 2-day ride-along training with an experienceddriver

• Training Pay: $150 per day

• Drivers must park trucks at Terminal or Distribution Center (no truck parking at home)

• Strong patience and customer service skills required

• Position involves physically demanding work and unloading stacked freight

• Must follow strict safety procedures during unloading

• Drivers must be flexible with schedules and workdays
