• Manage accident, cargo, and liability claims from initial report through resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact with DOT and FMCSA during audits, investigations, and compliance reviews
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and legal representatives
• Maintain accurate compliance records, corrective action plans, and required documentation
• Support safety and risk-management initiatives to reduce violations and claims exposure

• Demonstrated experience with DOT and FMCSA compliance
• Background in trucking or transportation insurance claims
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting regulatory deadlines
