This role is responsible for all building maintenance, automation equipment maintenance, upgrades, build‑outs, and continuous improvement of the facility.

• 1st Shift
  : 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
• Pay
  : $19.00 - 35.00/hour

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintenance of mechanical equipment (conveyors, robots, motors, pneumatic devices, control devices, scanners, photo‑eyes, etc.).
• Understanding of equipment operation and basic troubleshooting for equipment controls (PLC, WES, WCS).
• Maintain daily logs, perform preventative maintenance, conduct daily inspections and routine adjustments as needed to keep the automation equipment in good working order.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution. This may require non‑shift work.
• Assist with any automation system installation and retrofits as needed.
• Support CTDI’s sustainability initiatives.
• Work with all levels of management to define and prioritize workflow.

• 5+ years of experience with building and automation equipment maintenance.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues.
• Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems, control systems, warehouse equipment, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
• Experience working with outside vendors and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
