We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus.
Key Responsibilities- Refrigeration:
Walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines - Cooking:
Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles - Ventilation & HVAC:
Exhaust hoods, rooftop units - Sanitation:
Dishwashers, sanitation systems

Minimum Qualifications- CFC Universal Certification
- EPA 608 certification
- Legal work in the US without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI
- COVID-19 vaccination
- At least 3 years experience in:
- Commercial kitchen equipment repair
- Refrigeration systems
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Gas-fired equipment
