Ensure adequate supply of stock and glasses for the bar;
Assist with beverage deliveries and maintain cleanliness of the bar area;
Remove the trash and clean bars;
Mop and sweep the storeroom and walk-in coolers;
Remove all empty CO2 tanks, beer kegs, and soda boxes to proper locations;
Stock bars, respond to bartender requests for stock, and check bar to monitor stock levels.
