Acute Rehab, Physical Medicine department located at Prime Healthcare Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL. Night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., full-time schedule with rotating weekends and holidays. Self‑scheduling.

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services within scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN maintains safety, provides patient comfort and care, and improves the overall patient experience in the medical surgical setting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $31.00 to $40.00 per hour. Exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
