Pallet Painter - Weekday Day Shift

Shift Details:
Tuesday - Friday, 5 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $19/hr

Were looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Painters a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What Youll Do :

* Inspect wood pallets for defects and ensure they meet company standards

* Operate the paint booth using a pneumatic paint gun to paint and stencil pallets accurately

* Ensure stenciling is precise, clear, and readable

* Communicate equipment needs or repairs to management as they arise

* Follow all safety procedures to support Plan To Zero (PTZ)

* Meet production and quality goals in a fast-paced, production-based environment

What Youll Bring:

* Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

* Team player mindset and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment

* Commitment to safety and following established procedures

* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks

Additional Responsibilities:

* Perform Clean as You Go sanitation and good housekeeping practices

* Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

* Support team members and contribute to a safe, positive work environment

* Report any quality or safety issues promptly to supervisors
