Dress appropriately for our cold environment by wearing moisture-wicking base layers, an insulating mid-layer like a fleece, and a protective insulated outer layer. You must wear steel-toe boots with non-slip soles to ensure safety in both the refrigerated and freezer areas. Protect your extremities by also wearing a hat, insulated gloves, and warm socks. This layering approach allows you to adjust to the temperature while staying safe and comfortable throughout your shift.
