Warehouse Supervisor – All Shifts

Location: Joliet, IL

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, food distribution, or related operations (or equivalent education/experience mix)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and obtain certification promptly
• English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS); proficiency expected within 90 days

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all shifts. This role provides direct supervision to warehouse staff and guarantees operational performance meets productivity, safety, and compliance standards.

• Supervise all warehouse processes including shipping, receiving, product movement, and inventory management
• Ensure order accuracy, product integrity, and compliance with KPIs and throughput targets
• Plan, schedule, and manage labor resources, including training and certification tracking

• Coach and motivate employees to maintain high productivity and professionalism
• Provide performance feedback, identify development opportunities, and implement corrective actions when needed

• Generate and review operational reports to monitor KPIs, workflow efficiency, and labor activity
• Utilize WMS and Microsoft Office tools to support operational processes

• Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, monitoring systems, visitor access, and facility standards
• Uphold product integrity, including temperature control, damage inspection, and pest control adherence (if applicable)
• Enforce safety protocols, PPE standards, OSHA compliance, and labor regulations

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Perform other duties as required to support operational goals

• Primarily indoor warehouse with moderate noise; occasional exposure to refrigerated or outdoor areas
• Typical schedules: 5x8 or 4x10 shifts; flexibility for overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency response required

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling, and equipment operation
• Follow safety protocols, emergency procedures, and operational standards
