• Provides day-to-day support to team members needing uniforms assistance. Follows established procedures to ensure the successful delivery of all uniforms to team members.
• This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
• Maintains high customer service standards, a positive attitude, and exceptional relations with company team members at all times.
• Monitors inventory levels of garments in storage and notifies supervisor of low items.
• Enters new team member data into the computer system.
• Dispenses new uniforms to team members.
• Creates team member clothing label; prints and affixes to clothing using proper equipment.
• Collects soiled uniforms and scans team member label for laundering.
• Receives laundered garments from the dry cleaner, inspects for proper quantity, scans the team member label, and places in proper team member slot on rack.
• Dispenses laundered uniforms to the team members.
• Completes payroll deduction sheets for purchased goods or lost/stolen garments and updates logs.
• irons or steams uniforms or replaces buttons as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills are required.
• Must understand and speak the English language.
• Must be able to work from the fitting chart, laundry reports, and instructions.
• Must be able to lift boxes of uniforms and place into stock.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., occasionally.
