HIRING RANGE: $45.00 hourly

POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Director of Disability Services, the sign language interpreter provides services to students who are deaf, hard‑of‑hearing, or have other communication disorders. The sign language interpreter assists faculty, staff, students, and District 525 community members by providing sign language as a required accommodation under Section 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 at all campus locations during daytime hours.
