Estimated Pay Range: $20 - 23 per hour

This Full‑Time role works 40 hours per week as a float between our Bolingbrook, Elmhurst, St Charles, Aurora, Westmont, and Joliet offices.

• Key member of the patient care team supporting providers with delivery of high‑quality health care.
• Vital to effective operations of a fast‑paced practice.
• Secure patient information and maintain patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records.
• Serve and protect the practice by adhering to professional standards.
• Respond to verbal and electronic requests for information and assistance using proper policies, reference tools and provider instructions.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.
• Understanding of policies and procedures.
• Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• At least one year of experience working in a medical office and/or mental health (preferred).
• Experience working with patients suffering from anxiety and depression (preferred).
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Excellent computer skills.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Some experience in healthcare settings (preferred).
• Knowledge of clinical setting (preferred).
