Video Board Operator (Part-Time/Seasonal) Joliet Slammers Location:

The Joliet Slammers are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Video Board Operator to join our game day production team for the upcoming 2026 season. This part-time/seasonal role is ideal for someone who thrives in a live event environment and enjoys being part of the excitement of professional baseball.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the stadium video board during home games
• Execute in-game graphics, animations, sponsor reads, and video content
• Coordinate timing of content with game action, PA announcer, and production staff
• Assist with setup and testing of video equipment before games
• Ensure smooth and professional presentation throughout each event

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow run-of-show scripts
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, live environment
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays (as required during the season)
• Basic knowledge of video playback systems and live production environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with live event production or video board operation
• Familiarity with sports production workflows
• College coursework or degree in communications, broadcasting, or related field preferred but not required
