Traveling Construction Superintendent (Illinois and surrounding area Travel)

This week a well respected contractor had their Director reach out seeking multiple Travel Superintendents to join their organization for projects in multiple locations throughout the state and region! Ideally someone with ground up Industrial, technology, storage, big box or medical experience is needed for upcoming projects and to help fill out all the teams. If you are a commercial Superintendent that likes to travel their region and you can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpass client expectations, let's talk confidentially right away.

We are looking for dedicated professionals ready to take on challenging projects across the state.

• 5+ years in commercial construction, experience in building Industrial, technology, restaurants, multifamily, agricultural, either ground up and/or tenant improvements; additionally looking for someone with strong medical experience
• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
• Industry consistent work history
• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Carpentry experience preferred
• Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
