Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure staffing.;
Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for counseling or termination as needed.;
Open the store at least two times per week and close the store at least two times per week.;
Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends, expense control opportunities, shrink, and errors.;
Order to meet or exceed in-stock targets; review ordering plan and inventory management weekly.
