Required Skills:

• Valid and active licensure in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Proven clinical experience in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Certification in neonatal or pediatric advanced practice nursing/physician assistant specialty
• Experience with neonatal resuscitation protocols (NRP)
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting with complex neonatal cases

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant neonatal care experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Familiarity with current neonatal medical practices and standards

• Availability to start on or before June 1, 2026
• Ability to work flexible scheduling, including full shifts in-house
• Willingness to travel or relocate if necessary, with reimbursement provided when applicable
