• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references from the past year.
• Radius Rule:
To be considered a traveller, the clinician's address listed on their driver's license must be at least 60 miles away from the facility's location (Sierra Vista, AZ 85635). Local clinicians are not accepted by the facility.
