Key Responsibilities:

• Process and Project Support:
Assist senior engineers in developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting chemical manufacturing processes.

• Data & Testing:
Conduct experiments, collect and analyze production/experimental data, and perform simulations (Aspen preferred).

• Documentation:
Help prepare technical specifications, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and operating procedures.

• Equipment:
Support the design, layout, and monitoring of process equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

•

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

•

Experience:

0-2 years; internships/co-ops are beneficial.

•

Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Software:
Familiarity with simulation tools (Aspen) or data analysis software is helpful. Why CTC?
