Join Our Team as a Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine – Vascular and Interventional Radiology Specialist
Are you a skilled interventional radiologist ready to make an impactful difference? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine professional specializing in Vascular and Interventional Radiology to provide exceptional care and support in a dynamic medical environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise to complex procedures, including embolizations, thrombectomies, drainages, IVC filter insertions, central venous access, TIPS, LP, thoracentesis, and paracentesis, while working with a collaborative team committed to excellence.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in vascular and interventional radiology procedures
- Proficiency in embolization, pulmonary thrombectomy, abscess and nephrostomy drainages, biliary drainages
- Experience with IVC filter insertion, central venous access (dialysis catheters, PICC lines), TIPS procedures
- Skill in LP, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
- Ability to handle daily IR cases and manage on-call responsibilities efficiently
- Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and relevant imaging modalities
Skills:
- Advanced certifications or specialized training in interventional radiology
- Experience with complex vascular procedures
- Familiarity with current radiology technology and software
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and multi-disciplinary teams
Education and Experience:
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology within a clinical setting
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient radiology department
- Valid licensure and certifications pertinent to radiology practice
- Availability to work scheduled shifts, including specified on-call hours
- Travel reimbursements, licensure, certification, and other applicable reimbursements provided as needed
