Are you a skilled radiologist passionate about advancing patient care through cutting-edge vascular and interventional procedures? We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional diagnostic and interventional radiology services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative healthcare delivery while working with state-of-the-art technology.
In this vital position, you will handle a demanding schedule of daily interventional radiology cases and on-call responsibilities, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will play a key role in performing essential procedures such as embolization, pulmonary thrombectomy, drainages (abscess, nephrostomy, biliary), IVC filter insertions, central venous access (dialysis catheters, central lines, PICCs), TIPS, LP, thoracentesis, and paracentesis. This position requires adaptability, precision, and excellent clinical judgment to meet diverse patient needs effectively.
Required Skills:
- Proven proficiency in embolization, pulmonary thrombectomy, drainages, IVC filter insertion, central venous access, TIPS, LP, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
- Strong knowledge of vascular and interventional radiology techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
Skills:
- Experience with advanced imaging modalities
- Familiarity with radiology equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Prior experience in a hospital setting delivering urgent care services
- Ability to participate in multidisciplinary team rounds and discussions
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Radiology (A or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in vascular and interventional radiology preferred
- Valid medical license in the applicable state
- Certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) preferred
- Availability for on-call shifts as scheduled
- Willingness to work during designated dates, including 02/09/2026 through 02/13/2026, with potential for additional coverage
