The Town of Johnstown, Colorado is actively recruiting a Streets Maintenance Crew Leader to be part of our dynamic and passionate team. The Streets Maintenance Crew Leader is a working crew lead who is responsible for coordinating daily field operations in the maintenance, construction and repair of Town streets, rights-of-way, sidewalks, and storm sewers. The Crew Leader ensures efficient project completion through assignment of daily work, provides technical instruction, evaluates staff, solves issues in the field, and consistently ensures high-quality maintenance standards are met.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years of experience in streets maintenance working for a municipality and experience working as a senior maintenance worker in a Public Works Department, a class A CDL with airbrake and tanker endorsements, Traffic Control Technician certification, LTAP Road Scholar 1 certification and Flagger certification.

Expected hiring range: $35.82 - $42.99/hour, depending upon experience.
