Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will actively support the execution of Retail business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent. You will serve as an account manager, performing full cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short‑listing, interviewing, and selection. You will collaborate with hiring leaders to create Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies, ensuring an inclusive candidate pipeline. Additionally, you will guide and coach hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to ensure the selection of the right talent.
Responsibilities- Actively support the execution of Retail business priorities by delivering top talent.
- Serve as an account manager, delivering full cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short‑listing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to create and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Guide and coach hiring leaders on the hiring process to select the right talent.
- Assist stakeholders with conducting on‑time, quality candidate reviews and activities.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in discussions to meet talent delivery needs.
- Partner with HR professionals and internal HR Centers of Excellence to create a positive recruitment experience.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- High Volume Recruitment experience preferred

This is a contract position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00–$28.00 per hour.
