Administrative Associate IV 9AM to 5:30PM

Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries is seeking an Administrative Associate IV to provide executive‑level administrative support. The role requires strong computer skills, report development, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while interacting with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
  • Assists in answering telephones, greeting guests, and other receptionist duties.
  • Planned day‑to‑day functions and schedules.
  • Develops and produces various reports as needed.
  • Demonstrates major computer skills to support executive functions.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area.
  • Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision, including adherence to attendance policies and other operating rules.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Proficiency in major computer applications and report development.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
