In this role, you’ll combine data-driven insights with strategic thinking to maximize revenue across our portfolio of nine Scottish hotels. You’ll manage multiple booking channels, navigate competitive pricing environments, and respond proactively to fluctuating market demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Pricing: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue from rooms, F&B, and other services.
  • Forecasting & Analysis: Use historical data, market trends, and competitor insights to predict demand and identify revenue opportunities. Monitor key metrics such as RevPAR and ADR.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize room inventory across all distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings) to drive occupancy and profitability.
  • Distribution Management: Act as the primary contact for OTAs and partners, ensuring rate parity and profitability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial strategies.
  • Budgeting: Contribute to revenue budgets and financial forecasts.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with revenue management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to market changes.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
  • Experience with Rez Control PMS is desirable but not essential.
