At Bowfield, our Health Club Receptionists are the heartbeat of the club – the first smile our members see in the morning and the friendly face that helps them throughout their visit.
What you’ll be doing :- Opening the club and creating a positive first impression every day
- Greeting members and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries or complaints with care
- Assisting with membership administration and compliance tasks
- Handling bookings for classes, crèche, and Active Kids activities
- Answering calls and emails efficiently and with a personal touch
- Carrying out tours for new members and signing them up with enthusiasm
- Completing membership tasks using our systems with accuracy
- Supporting daily audits and ensuring compliance is maintained
- Keeping the club to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Taking pride in close-down and cleaning duties at the end of each shift
- A naturally friendly and approachable person who thrives in a member-facing role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally
- Organised, reliable, and confident using booking and membership systems
- A team player with a passion for health, fitness, and delivering a great member experience
