• Opening the club and creating a positive first impression every day
• Greeting members and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries or complaints with care
• Assisting with membership administration and compliance tasks
• Handling bookings for classes, crèche, and Active Kids activities
• Answering calls and emails efficiently and with a personal touch
• Carrying out tours for new members and signing them up with enthusiasm
• Completing membership tasks using our systems with accuracy
• Supporting daily audits and ensuring compliance is maintained
• Keeping the club to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Taking pride in close-down and cleaning duties at the end of each shift

• A naturally friendly and approachable person who thrives in a member-facing role
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally
• Organised, reliable, and confident using booking and membership systems
