Responsibilities
Provide customers (both internal and external) requested parts and accessories in a timely manner. In addition to specifying the correctly needed items, the Parts Counterperson is responsible to solicit additional sales; charges out merchandise using the Dealer Management System, follow-up on special orders, tag, store and process warranty parts, assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and keep inventory area, parts counter and retail area/displays clean and orderly.

Additional InformationWe are looking for a hardworking, dependable, energetic person who can work well within a team setting. The right candidate should Alberging positive attitude a good ability to pay attention to detail and multitask as your daily duties include deliveries and pickup's, inventory control and ensuring the department is clean and orderly. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift heavy parts +/- 50 pounds in/out of truck and shelves.
Hours do vary. Plenty of opportunity to grow within the company

An "entry level" technician:
Capable of oil changes, tire rotations, completing minor services, tire, and battery replacement etc. Can perform most tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or complex critical mechanical aptitude with guidance as needed upon researching work instructions, or after being taught theproper techniques first.
A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.
